"Since using KXNGS and also tracking my sleep with a fitness watch I have seen big statistical improvements of less light sleep and more deep and REM sleepIt’s definitely helping me massively to recover and make adapting to higher training volumes as I’m heading into a new category next year more manageable"

What is your pre-race ritual?
Pre race ritual for me is simple - Carb up and listen to music. I try not to have superstitions etc as think it’s better mentally to not put belief in things like this but to believe in the work you’ve done instead.
What is your favourite meal after a workout?
Fav post workout meal is probably something Mexican, burritos/fajitas etc. Lots of flavour and carbs to refuel.
What's in your race bag?
In my race bag is the normal race kit, shoes, cleats, AirPods and sometimes at the minute a Spanish book as I’m trying to learn española.
What got you into the sport?
I got into cycling through my parents who are keen cyclists. My dad would take me on a tag-along around MTB trials when I was little which definitely didn’t made me hate the sport initially but once I did it for myself to aid my training for competitive salom skiing I began to love it and swapped my ski racing on the weekends for bike races.
What does Daily Discipline mean to you?
Daily discipline to me is the most important asset in this sport. It’s a sport where the small 1 percents make the difference and that’s why everyday although some things seem pointless and irrelevant at the time, in the long term doing it everyday adds up to make that extra 1% needed to be the best version of you you can be.
