Noah is an English road and track cyclist competing for Groupama–FDJ Continental Team. A versatile sprinter with the ability to handle rolling terrain, he made his mark in 2023 by briefly leading the Arctic Race of Norway after Stage 2 and securing gold in the under-23 team pursuit at the UEC European Track Championships.

Hobbs trains with the Great Britain track squad at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester and was selected for the 2023 Tour of Britain. His early career saw strong performances in Belgium’s Keizer der Juniores, and he continues to develop as a rising talent.
